Use of this API eliminates unnecessary extra touchpoints, increases the completeness of details submitted, reduces back and forth, and improves claims outcomes.

- Integration with this API generally takes days to weeks, depending on your system, available technical resources, and prioritization of the work. You will work closely with your technical team or chosen RMIS or integration vendor to ensure the timeline and data quality meets your expectations.
