Overview

Integration with the Claims Submission API empowers you to tailor the user experience within your system. When entering claims from your system of choice, you can control what is entered and have a record of what was provided at First Notice of Loss and First Report of Injury.

What you'll get

Response within milliseconds.
Integration with this API provides a speedy and secure way of submitting claims directly to our system of record for faster claim owner assignment and processing.

The submitter gets a unique identifier (claim number in response) for future reference and can use that number to upload content at First Notice of Loss. (Supporting content examples: photos, documents, videos, audio files, etc.)

Confidence in quality.
When required information is missing, contains invalid values, or incorrect formatting, the submitter receives a message to make corrections and try again. The validated payload goes to the claim system of record, decreasing the cost and time to report and process claims.

Around-the-clock reporting.
Once integrated, you can report a loss or event and upload supporting content within your system of choice on your schedule, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
